摘　　要：为全面贯彻党的教育方针,该文将思政教育和课程实践相结合,通过将交通管理与控制课程的专业知识点与思政元素巧妙融合教学,使得专业教育、理想信念教育、道德教育三者同向而行。基于此,该文综合分析思政案例教学与专业知识融合存在的具体问题,从学校课程融合、优化教师教法、健全考核标准和校企联合培养四个维度探索融合思政元素教学改革的优化路径,从而切实提高实践教学成效。In order to fully implement the party's educational policy,this paper will ideological and political education and curriculum practice,through the"Traffic Management and Control"course of professional knowledge points and ideological and political cases skillfully integrated teaching,making professional education,ideal and faith education,moral education three in the same direction.Based on this,the specific problems existing in the integration of ideological and political case teaching and professional knowledge are comprehensively analyzed,and the optimization path of the integration of ideological and political case teaching reform is explored from the four dimensions of school curriculum integration,optimization of teacher teaching methods,improvement of assessment standards,and school-enterprise joint training,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of practical teaching.
