摘 要:“健康第一”作为我国学校体育思想体系的重要组成部分,其在不断推进理论探索、实现体系优化的同时,仍存有值得深思的理论与实践问题。运用文献资料、文本分析、逻辑思辨等研究方法,从演变过程、理论定位及实践导向的盲区及薄弱之处切入再度审视“健康第一”思想,旨在阐明理论局限与思维误区,并提出优化策略。认为:(1)“健康第一”思想经历了由一般性观念到官方指令(指示)再到指导思想的演进过程,其作为学校体育指导思想的凸显,主要基于体育与健康内在关系及学校体育人文价值的参照,为学校体育“健康第一”得以确立的重要依据;(2)学校体育“健康第一”思想的理论构架尚不完善,仍存在概念定位杂乱、论域归属混淆及目标指向不清问题;(3)学校体育“健康第一”思想的实施困局表现为学校体育本质偏离、健康目标价值遮蔽以及实践策略难以聚焦3个层面。应在未来发展中致力于厘正“健康第一”的概念内涵、关系及表述形式并推进“健康第一”与体育学科核心素养的有效对接。“Health first”is an important part of Chinese school physical education ideology.While it is constantly promoting theoretical exploration and realizing system optimization,there are still some theoretical and practical problems worth pondering.By means of literature review,text analysis,logical speculation and other research methods,this paper re-examines the idea of“health first”from the gaps and weaknesses in the evolution process,theoretical orientation and practice orientation,aiming at clarifying theoretical limitations and thinking errors,and putting forward optimization strategies.The idea of“health first”has experienced the evolution process from general concept to official instruction and then to guiding ideology.As a prominent guiding ideology of school physical education,it is mainly based on the internal relationship between physical education and health and the reference of humanistic value of school physical education,which is an important basis for the establishment of“health first”of school physical education.The theoretical framework of the idea of“health first”in school physical education is not perfect,and there are still some problems,such as disordered concept orientation,confusion of domain ownership and unclear target orientation;The practical dilemma of the idea of“health first”in school physical education is manifested in three aspects:the weakening of physical education curriculum characteristics,the obscuring of the value of health objectives and the vague implementation plan.In the future,efforts should be made to correct the conceptual relationship and expression form of“health first”,promote the effective connection between“health first”and physical education quality,and rationally construct the theoretical system and practical plan of“health first”.
