高校继续教育课程思政建设的特色发展

摘　　要：“课程思政”是协同“立德”与“树人”关系的新时代教育理念,高校课程思政建设的行为认识论、教育价值论、教学方法论已达成了教育哲学共识。基于教育管理的组织实施、基于教改动力的教学调试、基于方法更新的课程建设是高校课程思政建设的核心内容,其基本策略分别是“自上而下”“由外向内”“以点带面”。高校非学历继续教育课程思政建设正在起步,高校学历继续教育课程思政建设参照普通高等教育、高等职业教育的建设模式取得了高速启动、迅速推进的收益,但未能显现继续教育的特色而出现了同质化现象。高校继续教育课程思政建设应该且可能获得特色发展,继而提升课程思政建设的质量并力求反作用于高校继续教育的总体质量。为此,根据高校继续教育的办学定位、学生群体、课程教学的特质分析,提出了高校继续教育课程思政建设的组织实施方法、教学改革策略、课程建设步骤的特色发展方向。“Ideological and Political Education in All Courses”is an education concept that coordinates the relationship between“moral cultivation”and“ability cultivation”in the new era.The behavioral epistemology,educational value theory and teaching methodology have reached a consensus in educational philosophy.The core content is the organization and implementation based on education management,teaching adjustment motivated by teaching reform,and curriculum construction based on teaching method updating.The basic strategies are“top down”,“from outside to inside”,and“from point to area”.The Ideological and Political Education in All Courses for non-academic continuing education in colleges and universities is starting.The Ideological and Political Education in All Courses for academic continuing education in colleges and universities has obtained the benefits of high-speed startup and rapid promotion by referring to the construction mode of general higher education and higher vocational education.However,it failed to show the characteristics of continuing education but showed the phenomenon of homogenization.The Ideological and Political Education in All Courses for continuing education in colleges and universities should and may obtain characteristic development,and then guarantee the construction quality,so as to influence the overall quality of continuing education in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the orientation of running a school,student groups,and the characteristics of curriculum teaching of continuing education in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the organization and implementation methods,teaching reform strategies,and the characteristic development direction of construction steps of continuing education in colleges and universities.
