摘　　要：翻译技术教育日益引起社会关注,却长期受到师资短缺问题的困扰,解决问题的关键在于对翻译技术教育的准确认识和对翻译技术师资资源建设的不懈探索。本文运用文献调查、概念思辨、比较研究等方法,对技术、信息技术、翻译技术、语言服务、教育技术、技术教育、技术培训等翻译技术教育的外延概念进行阐述,进而明确翻译技术教育的内涵和定位,指出翻译技术师资需要具备的素养,找到翻译技术师资资源建设合理路径,提出了实施方案和建议。While translation technology education is drawing increasing attention from the whole society,it has been plagued by the shortage of teachers for a long time.The key to the problem lies in the accurate understanding of translation technology education and the unremitting exploration of the construction of translation technology teacher resources.This article uses the research methods,such as literature survey,conceptual thinking and comparative study,to elaborate the extended concepts of translation technology education like technology,information technology,translation technology,language service,educational technology,technical education and technical training.And it will then clarify the connotation and position of translation technology education,point out the qualities that translation technology teachers need to possess,find a reasonable path for the construction of translation technology teacher resources,and propose implementation plans and suggestions.
