摘 要:在食品监督抽查工作中,食品安全与食品质量定义不同。食品安全属于食品质量的范畴,提升食品质量监督抽查工作质量不等同于提升食品安全监督抽查工作质量,必须结合食品安全监督抽查的特点。否则,不仅可能会事倍功半,甚至产生相反的结果,监管部门要引起高度重视。In the food supervision and random inspection work,the definitions of food safety and food quality are different.Food safety belongs to the category of food quality,and improving the quality of food quality supervision and inspection work is not equivalent to improving the quality of food safety supervision and inspection work.It must be combined with the characteristics of food safety supervision and inspection.Otherwise,it’s likely to get half the result with twice the effort.What’s worse,it will have an adverse effect.Regulatory authorities should attach great importance to it.
