基于个性特质理论的健康个性培养个案分析

摘　　要：在卡特尔人格特质理论指导下,运用16种个性特质量表对一名初中生的个性特质进行测量。在了解学生个性品质的基础上,利用家校协同育人模式对学生的健康个性进行培养,取得了良好的效果。Guided by Cartel’s theory of personality traits,the personality traits of a primary school student is measured by means of the scale of sixteen personality traits.Based on the understanding of the student’s personality,the mode of home-school cooperative education has been employed to cultivate the student’s healthy personality,achieving very good result.
