摘 要:传统热敏材料在使用过程中会不可避免地暴露在各种外部刺激下,从而导致热敏变色材料失去热响应能力。采用微囊化技术可以解决上述问题,通过使用具有良好透光效果的微胶囊壁材保护热敏材料使其免受周围环境的影响,从而拓展了热敏材料的适用领域。本研究以结晶紫内酯、双酚A、十四醇为热敏复配物芯材,以脲醛树脂为壁材,通过原位聚合法制备了可逆热敏变色微胶囊。通过结构和性能表征,发现微胶囊化后的热敏材料化学稳定性不变、热稳定性提升,制备的微胶囊具有良好的粒径均匀性和颗粒分散性。在微胶囊制备的基础上,配制得到热致变色微胶囊油墨,采用丝网印刷工艺在铜版纸基材上进行印刷,对印刷样品进行油墨附着力和色差测试。结果显示,当热敏油墨中微胶囊质量分数为25%时,在印刷样品中的附着力和色差ΔE表现最佳。该热敏变色微胶囊油墨可应用于警示、防伪、装饰美化等印刷包装领域。The use of traditional thermochromic materials results in a loss of their ability to respond to temperature changes due to exposure to various external stimuli.Microencapsulation technology resolves this issue by utilizing microcapsule wall materials with good light transmittance to protect the thermochromic materials,thereby expanding their versatile applications.In this study,crystal violet lactone,bisphenol A,and 1-tetradecanol were used as the thermochromic complex core materials,and urea-formaldehyde resin was utilized as the wall material which led to preparation of reversible thermochromic microcapsules via the in-situ polymerization method.Structural and performance characterization revealed that microencapsulation did not alter chemical stability and improved thermal stability.Furthermore,uniform microcapsule particle size and dispersion were observed.Subsequently,thermochromic microcapsule inks were formulated based on the prepared microcapsules and printed via silk screen technology onto copperplate paper substrates.Ink adhesion and color difference testing were performed and a mass fraction of 25%microcapsules within the thermochromic ink produced optimalΔE color difference and adhesion values.Potential applications for this thermochromic microcapsule ink are vast and include anti-counterfeiting,warning signals,decoration and other printing and packaging industries.
