摘 要:近年来,印刷电子技术在多功能电子器件制造方面具有强大的发展潜力,研发符合使用要求的导电油墨是印刷电子技术发挥自身优势的关键之一。本研究针对目前普通铜基金属有机分解(Cu MOD)油墨存在的制备过程复杂、易氧化、固化温度高及成本高等问题制备了一种Cu-CNTs导电填料型Cu MOD油墨。首先对碳纳米管(CNTs)进行预处理和镀铜处理得到Cu-CNTs,再通过沉淀法制备了抗氧化性Cu-CNTs。然后选择2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP)和异辛胺相混合作为双胺络合剂,通过添加不同质量分数的抗氧化性Cu-CNTs制备了Cu-CNTs导电填料型Cu MOD油墨。结果表明,当Cu-CNTs质量分数为0.25%时,油墨及其固化图案的性能最好,油墨可储存90天以上,固化图案致密,未发生氧化,电阻率最低为2×10^(-4)Ω·cm。本研究对于Cu MOD油墨广泛应用于印刷电子领域具有重要的参考价值和实践意义。In recent years,printed electronics technology has strong development potential in the manufacturing of multi-functional electronic devices.Developing conductive inks that meet usage requirements is one of the keys for printed electronics technology to exert its advantages.Aimed to solve the problems of complex preparation process,easy oxidation,high curing temperature,and high cost in the current ordinary copper based metal organic decomposition(Cu MOD)ink,the Cu-CNTs conductive filler Cu MOD ink was prepared in this study.Firstly,CNTs were pretreated and copper-plated to obtain Cu-CNTs,and then the antioxidant Cu-CNTs was prepared by precipitation.Secondly,the AMP and isoctymide phase mix as diamide complex agent was selected.Then,Cu-CNTs conductive filler Cu MOD inks were prepared by the addition of different content of antioxidant Cu-CNTs.The results showed that when the Cu-CNTs content was 0.25%,the ink and its cured pattern had the best performance,and the ink could be stored for more than 90 days.The cured pattern was dense and not oxidized and the minimum resistivity of 2×10^(-4)Ω·cm.This study has important reference value and practical significance for the wide application of Cu MOD ink in the field of printing and electronics.
