基于“牛精英挑战赛”动物科学专业《牛生产学》课程实践教学改革的探索

摘　　要：“牛精英挑战赛”的创新创业培养模式适应当前高等教育供给侧改革需要,提升高校学生创新创业意识与能力,增强本科毕业生就业竞争力,符合创业型大学应用型人才培养定位。本文基于“牛精英挑战赛”对动物科学专业本科生课程《牛生产学》实践教学环节提出改革方案并实施。结果表明,改革后学生在该课程实践中的实操能力、动手能力、综合运用知识能力均有明显提高。改革后的实践教学效果良好,今后在该课程实践教学中可借鉴应用。The innovation and entrepreneurship training mode of Cattle Elite Challenge meets the needs of the current supply-side reform of higher education,plays an important role in promoting the awareness and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students and enhancing the employment competitiveness of undergraduates.It also conforms to the orientation of applied talents training of entrepreneurial universities.This paper was based on Cattle Elite Challenge for cattle production.The reform plan was put forward in the practice teaching process,which was carried out in the undergraduate students majoring in animal science.The results showed that after the reform,the students have significantly improved their practical ability in the practical teaching of this course,practical ability,comprehensive application of knowledge and other aspects.The effect of the practice teaching after the reform is good,and it can be used for reference in the future practice teaching of this course.
