特色高职康养人才培养模式助力乡村康养产业振兴调研

摘　　要：贵州作为一个具有少数民族特色与康养生态优势的省份,近年来康养产业发展蓬勃迅速,导致康养人才缺口大。调研了贵阳护理职业学院康复治疗技术专业的新型人才培养模式“三康(中医康复治疗技术、康复治疗技术、运动康复治疗)融合”,深刻阐释了改革高职院校人才培养模式,提倡建立更具特色的、顺应发展形势的、更适合贵州乡村康养产业变化趋势的课程设置和培养方式,从而培养擅康养、精急救、中西兼备、医技融合的高素质高技能复合型康养人才,推动地方乡村康养产业发展。At the local level,Guizhou,as a province with ethnic minority characteristics and ecological advantages in health and wellness,has experienced rapid development in the health and wellness industry in recent years,resulting in a large shortage of health and wellness talents.A survey was conducted on the new talent cultivation mode of the rehabilitation treatment technology major at Guiyang Healthcare Vocational University,which includes the integration of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment technology,rehabilitation treatment technology,and sports rehabilitation treatment.The reform of the talent cultivation mode in vocational colleges was deeply explained,advocating the establishment of more distinctive,adaptable,and suitable curriculum and training methods for the changing trend of rural health care industry in Guizhou,in order to cultivate students who are skilled in health care,skilled in emergency treatment High quality and skilled composite healthcare talents who combine Chinese and Westerm medicine and medical technology,promoting the development of local rural healthcare.
