摘 要:人力资源管理是高校管理工作的重要内容之一,对建设高质量师资队伍、保障教学质量、培养高素质人才等具有积极的现实意义。为更好地提升高校的人力资源管理能力及效果,采用问卷调查探究高校人力资源管理工作满意度现状。结果显示,教师对高校人力资源管理工作的满意度较高,但在同事关系处理上还有待提升,且不同教龄教师在高校人力资源管理工作满意度各维度上存在差异。高校可以通过教师团建或心理辅导等方式提升团队凝聚力,并对教师进行需求调查,合理满足不同教龄教师的需求。As an important part of college management,human resource management has positive practical significance for the construction of high quality teaching team,the guarantee of teaching quality,and the training of high quality talents.In order to better promote the human resource management ability and implement effect in the colleges and universities,the study adopts questionnaire on human resource satisfaction in colleges and universities,to explore the satisfaction status of human resource management in colleges and universities.The results show that the satisfaction degree of teachers on human resource management in colleges and universities is relatively high,the dealing with the relationship with colleagues needs to be improved.There is difference of all dimensions of human resource management satisfaction in different teachers with different teaching years.It is suggested for colleges and universities to improve team cohesiveness through teacher league construction or psychological guidance,and do demand investigation on teachers to rationally satisfy the demands of teachers with different teaching years.
