数字技术对旅游绿色全要素生产率的影响——基于“一带一路”沿线省份的经验证据

摘　　要：数字技术在旅游业绿色发展中扮演重要角色。文章基于DEA模型测度中国“一带一路”沿线省份2013—2020年旅游绿色全要素生产率,构建GMM、PVAR模型实证探究了数字技术对旅游绿色全要素生产率的短期非线性及长期动态冲击影响,并使用SDM探寻空间溢出效应。研究发现:数字技术对旅游绿色全要素生产率具有先抑制后促进的U型影响,该U型特征主要集中于丝绸之路经济带核心区;长期内数字技术对旅游绿色全要素生产率的动态冲击为正且延续性较强;此外,数字技术对旅游绿色全要素生产率影响存在显著的非线性空间溢出特征,该效应主要源于地区间的溢出。最后提出持续推进旅游业绿色化转型、大力发展数字经济、积极推进数字技术在旅游业的应用等建议。Digital technology plays a crucial role in promoting the green development of tourism.This study measures the tourism green total factor productivity of provinces along the Belt and Road in China from 2013 to 2020 using the DEA model.It then employs the GMM and PVAR models to explore the short-term nonlinear and long-term dynamic impact of digital technology on tourism green total factor productivity.Additionally,the study employs the SDM to examine its spatial spillover effect.The results reveal U-shaped relationships between digital technology and tourism green total factor productivity,mainly concentrated in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.In the long run,digital technology has a positive and continuous dynamic impact on tourism green total factor productivity.Furthermore,the study identifies a significant nonlinear spatial spillover effect of digital technology on tourism green total factor productivity,mainly due to spatial spillover between regions.Finally,the study provides recommendations for promoting the green transformation of tourism,vigorously developing the digital economy and actively promoting the application of digital technology in tourism.
