摘　　要：现有效果/因果逻辑与新创企业绩效的线性关系研究得出了不一致的研究结论。本文从非线性视角研究效果/因果两种决策逻辑对创业资源整合和新创企业绩效的影响。本文通过对407份新创企业问卷数据的实证研究发现:效果逻辑对创业资源整合有倒U型影响,而因果逻辑对创业资源整合有U型影响;效果逻辑对新创企业绩效有U型影响,而因果逻辑对新创企业绩效有倒U型影响;创业资源整合在效果/因果逻辑与新创企业绩效的非线性关系中有部分中介作用。本文拓展了效果逻辑理论的研究视角,为效果/因果逻辑与创业资源整合和新创企业绩效的关系提供了一个非线性的解释框架。The linear relationship between existing effects/causal logic and the performance of new startups has yielded inconsistent research conclusions.This article studies the impact of effect/causality decision logic on the integration of entrepreneurial resources and the performance of new startups from a nonlinear perspective.Through empirical research on 407 questionnaires of new startups,it was found that the effect logic has an inverted U-shaped effect on the integration of entrepreneurial resources,while the causal logic has a U-shaped effect on the integration of entrepreneurial resources;The effect logic has a U-shaped impact on the performance of new startups,while the causal logic has an inverted U-shaped impact on the performance of new startups;The integration of entrepreneurial resources partially mediates the nonlinear relationship between effect/causal logic and the performance of new startups.This article expands the research perspective of the effectuation theory and provides a nonlinear explanatory framework for the relationship between effect/causal logic,entrepreneurial resource integration,and new venture performance.
