摘　　要：人才是乡村振兴中最关键、最活跃的因素。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视乡村人才队伍建设,围绕战略定位、分类培养、工作重点等方面对乡村人才振兴发表了一系列重要论述,为新时代乡村人才工作提供了科学的理论指引。习近平关于乡村人才振兴的重要论述是对马克思列宁主义乡村人才建设思想的继承,是对中华优秀传统文化中人才思想精华的汲取,是对党的十八大以前乡村人才工作经验的借鉴,是对新时代乡村振兴发展要求的回应。在人才振兴不断赋能乡村振兴的背景下,习近平关于乡村人才振兴的重要论述是进一步加强人才振兴顶层设计、激活乡村内生动力、开创人尽其才和才尽其专新局面的实践指向和行动指南。Talent is the most crucial and active factor in rural revitalization.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the construction of rural talents and made a series of important discourses on the revitalization of rural talents in terms of strategic positioning,classification and cultivation,and work focus,providing scientific theoretical guidance for the work of rural talents in the new era.Xi Jinping′s important discourses on the revitalization of rural talents is an inheritance of Marxism-Leninism′s idea of rural talent construction,a distillation of the essence of talent thought in the excellent Chinese traditional culture,a reference to the experience of rural talent work before the 18th Party Congress,and a response to the development requirements of rural revitalization in the new era.In the context of talent revitalization empowering rural revitalization,Xi Jinping′s important discourses on rural talent revitalization is a practical guide to further strengthen the top-level design of talent revitalization,activate the endogenous power of the countryside,and create a new situation where people can make the most of their talents and talents can make the most of their specialties.
