利用蚯蚓处理酱香型白酒酒糟生产有机肥的探究

摘　　要：为探索酱香型白酒酒糟的资源化利用,该研究选用赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)处理纯酒糟、酒糟+秸秆、酒糟+污泥等基质,通过蚯蚓数量、质量以及基质养分含量分析酒糟生产有机肥的可行性。结果表明,利用蚯蚓处理纯酒糟基质(含水率40%~75%、pH值为6~8)、酒糟+秸秆(添加量10%~50%)基质均以蚯蚓全部死亡而中止试验,说明上述方法处理酱香型白酒酒糟不可行。利用蚯蚓处理酒糟+污泥基质(含水率70%、80%、90%),其中10%、20%、30%酒糟+污泥基质(含水率80%)的蚯蚓均存活,处理后基质的有机质和总养分(N+P2O5+K2O)含量分别是35.05%~47.79%、5.84%~6.50%,均高于农业行业标准NY/T 525—2021《有机肥料标准》。因此,利用蚯蚓处理酒糟+污泥基质以实现酱香型酒糟资源化是可行的。In order to explore the resource utilization of distillers'grains of sauce-flavor(Jiangxiangxing)Baijiu,Eisenia foetida was selected to treat pure distiller's grains,distiller's grains+straw,distiller's grains+sludge and other substrates.The feasibility of producing organic fertilizer from distillers'grains was analyzed by the number of earthworms,quality and substrate nutrient content.The results showed that,the experiments of pure distiller's grains substrate(moisture content 40%-75%,pH 6-8)and distiller's grains+straw(addition 10%-50%)substrate treated by the earthworms were all terminated with the death of earthworms,indicating that the above methods were not feasible to treat the distiller's grains of sauce-flavor Baijiu.The distiller's grains+sludge substrate(moisture content 70%,80%,90%)treated by earthworms,of which the earthworms all survived in the mixture of 10%,20%and 30%distiller's grains+sludge with 80%moisture content.The contents of organic matter and total nutrients(N+P2O5+K2O)in the treated substrate were 35.05%-47.79%and 5.84%-6.50%,respectively,which were both higher than the agricultural industry standards NY/T 525—2021'Standard for Organic Fertilizer'.Therefore,the resource utilization of the distiller's grains of sauce-flavor Baijiu could be realize by using earthworms to treat distiller's grains+sludge substrate.
