摘  要:“U-G-S”协同教育实习模式是协同理论在教育领域的应用,强调高校、政府和中小学共同致力于师范生实习工作。“U-G-S”协同教育实习有助于形成师范生培养合作共同体,促进教育理论与实践对话,提高师范生教育实习质量。然而,通过田野调查发现,目前的教育实习模式存在政府对教育实习管理不到位、高校对教育实习不重视与实习基地指导能力不足等问题。借鉴英国、加拿大的教育实习经验,优化我国教育实习模式的可行路径是:强化政府对“U-G-S”协同教育实习的治理责任,优化高校对“U-G-S”协同教育实习的教学管理,提升实习基地的指导能力。“U-G-S”synergy teaching practicum model is an application of synergy theory in the field of education,which emphasizes the joint efforts of normal universities,local governments and primary and secon-dary schools in the practicum of normal university students.Synergy teaching practicum helps to form a cooperative communities for training normal university students,promote the dialogues between educational theories and practice and then improve the quality of teaching practicum for normal university students.However,through the field investigation,it is found that the current teaching practicum mode has some problems,such as the governments’inadequate management,the universities’neglect of teaching practicum and the practicum bases’insufficient instructional abilities.Drawing lessons from the UK and Canada,the feasible paths of optimizing the mode of teaching practicum in China are to enhance the governments’governance responsibilities,optimize the universities’teaching management and improve the instructional capacities of practicum bases.
