大美育视域下高职院校文化校园建设新探

摘　　要：基于新时代大美育理念,从文明校园向文化校园建设转变,是新时代高素质技术技能人才培养的迫切需要,也是高职教育高质量发展的价值追求。宏观上,将地方文化、城市文化融入职教文化,将使校园更有特色;微观上,强化院系、班级、宿舍文化“一系一品”“一专一品”“一班一品”“一舍一品”建设,以文化人,以美育人,有助于学生成长成才,有助于学生个性化发展。Based on the concept of aesthetic education in the new era,the transformation from a civilized campus to a cultural campus construction is an urgent need for the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents in the new era,and also a value pursuit for the high-quality development of vocational education.On a macro level,integrating local cultures and the city cultures into vocational education culture will make the campus more distinctive;At the micro level,strengthening the construction of"one department,one conduct""one major,one conduct""one class,one conduct",and"one dormitory,one conduct"culture in departments,classes,and dormitories is beneficial for students'growth and development,as well as personalized development.
