摘  要:目的:探讨Mini-CEX联合DOPS在实习助产士临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选取某院2018年7月至2020年7月60名实习助产士作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规临床护理教学模式,观察组实施Mini-CEX联合DOPS的方法。比较两组的出科考核成绩,同时进行护生对教学效果的自我评价及教学满意度的评价。结果:观察组出科考核成绩包括理论和实践操作考核均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生教学效果的自我评价,观察组的教学效果更好(P<0.05);两组学生对教学满意度评价,两组相比除教学态度(P>0.05)外,其他均有统计学意义,观察组的教学满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:Mini-CEX联合DOPS能有效提高临床教学质量,也为临床实践教学提供了新的思路与实践模式。Objective:To explore the application of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching method in clinical teaching of intern midwives.Methods:Selected 60 midwives who practiced from July 2018 to July 2020 as the rescarch objects and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the conventional clinical nursing teaching method,and the observation group adopted the teaching method of Mini CEX combined with DOPS.After teaching,the examination results of the two groups were compared,and the self-evaluation of nursing students on teaching effect and the evaluation of students'satisfaction with teaching were also carried out.Results:The examination results of the observation group,including theoretical and practical operation,were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The self-evaluation of the teaching ffect of the two groups of students showed that the teaching effect of the observation group was better(P<0.05),The evaluation of students'satisfaction with teaching in the two groups was statistically significant except for their teaching attitude(P>0.05),and the teaching satisfaction in the obserwation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mini-CEX combined with DOPS teaching method can efcively improve the quality of clinical teaching,and also provide a new idea and practice mode for clinial practice teaching.
