摘　　要：“双高计划”是落实“职教二十条”的重要战略部署,是贵州省教育厅实施省级高水平高职学校建设的目标指向。针对贵州地区高职学校发展缓慢、办学条件较弱、体制机制不够健全等办学现状,基于优质校建设以来取得的成效和总结的经验,提出从加强学习、挖掘特色、动态管理、督导检查等四个方面着手建设省级高水平高职学校,对标第二轮“双高计划”冲刺目标,不断深化改革,奋力赶超。The "Double High Plan" is an important strategic deployment for the implementation of the "Twenty Articles of Vocational Education" and is a target point for the implementation of the provincial high-level vocational colleges construction by the Guizhou Provincial Department of Education.In view of the current running status of colleges in Guizhou,such as slow development,weak school conditions,and inadequate institutional mechanisms,based on the achievements and summarized experience since the construction of high-quality colleges,we proposed four aspects from strengthening learning,exploring characteristics,dynamic management,and supervision and inspection.In all aspects,it started to build a provincial high-level vocational college,benchmarked the second round of the "double-high plan" sprint goal,continuously deepened reforms,and strived to catch up.
