应用型高校实验室文化建设发展策略研究

摘　　要：实验室文化对于激发学生学习动机、增加学生学习兴趣发挥着重要作用,有利于提高大学实验教学质量,促进高校应用型人才培养。实验室文化建设中存在重环境设备建设轻精神文化建设、实验室制度文化建设不完善、实验室管理教师文化创建能力较低等问题。将从完善实验室安全文化建设内容、建立健全实验室制度文化、提高实验室教师的素质与能力、制订实验室文化建设发展规划、加强实验室信息化管理五个方面提出应用型高校实验室文化建设的发展策略,以促进实验室文化的建设与发展。Laboratory culture plays an important role in stimulating students'learning motivation and increasing their interest in learning,which is conducive to improve the quality of university experimental teaching and promote the cultivation of applied talents in colleges and universities.In the construction of laboratory culture,emphasis is placed on the construction of environmental equipment and light on the construction of spiritual culture.The construction of laboratory system culture is not perfect;and laboratory management teachers'cultural creation ability is low.This paper puts forward the development path of the construction of laboratory culture in colleges and universities from five aspects,such as improving the construction of laboratory safety culture,perfecting laboratory system culture,improving the level of laboratory management teachers,formulating plans for the construction and development of laboratory culture,strengthening laboratory information management.It can promote the construction and development of laboratory culture.
