摘  要:钢铁企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中提升企业竞争优势,就要重视企业科技人才的培养与建设。主要以Granger因果关系检验及协整分析法来探究鞍钢股份科技人才与企业利润增长的关系,运用序列平稳性检验方法研究企业科技人才数据序列和企业利润序列的平稳性和两个序列的协整性,再应用格兰杰因果关系进行检验,最终得出“企业科技人才是企业利润的格兰杰原因,但企业利润并不是企业科技人才唯一因素的格兰杰原因”的结论。Contemporary steel enterprises need to pay attention to the training and construction of scientific and technological talents to maintain and improve their competitive advantages in the fierce market competition in China.This paper mainly uses the Granger causality test and co-integration analysis to explore the relationship between scientific and technological talents and the enterprise profit growth of Anshan Iron and Steel Company Limited.Using a series of smoothness tests to study the smoothness of enterprise scientific and technological talents data series with enterprise profit series with the co-integration of the two series,then applying Granger causality test to verify it.The conclusion is that"scientific and technological talent is the Granger cause of corporate profits,but corporate profits are not the only Granger cause of scientific and technological talent."
