摘　　要：针对课程教学内容与装备发展匹配不够、教学手段与信息技术融合不深、抽象理论与工程实践联系不紧和专业教学与课程思政结合不实等现实问题,通过确定对接任职岗位需求的教学目标、重塑与新装备发展相适应的实战化教学内容、设计促进能力培养的复合式教学方法、实践基于信息化资源的线上线下混合式教学、探索专业课程“滴水浸润”的课程思政育人模式和优化过程与结果并重的课程评价机制等,有效破解教学难点、提高教学效益。为专业课程教学改革提供良好示范和有益参考。theory and engineering practice,and the unreality of the combination of professional teaching with ideological and political work in the curriculum,we define the teaching objectives for linking up the post requirements,reshape the actual combat-oriented teaching content in line with the development of new equipment,design a compound teaching method to promote the cultivation of ability,practice the online and offline mixed teaching based on information resources,explore the ideological and political education mode of the"dripping water",optimize the co-evaluation mechanism with equal emphasis on process and result,etc.It effectively solves the teaching difficulties and improves the teaching efficiency,and provides a good demonstration and a useful reference for the teaching reform of professional curriculum.
