大一女生压力和手机成瘾:核心自我评价和自我控制的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨核心自我评价和自我控制在大一女生压力与手机成瘾之间的中介作用。方法:对温州市4所本科高校(温州医科大学、温州大学、温州商学院、温州理工学院)2022级3373名大一女生(涉及医学、心理学、数学、英语等专业)进行压力量表、核心自我评价量表、自我控制量表和手机成瘾指数量表的测评。结果:相关分析发现,压力、核心自我评价、自我控制、手机成瘾两两之间均呈显著相关(r=-0.64~0.64,P<0.01)。核心自我评价与自我控制在压力与手机成瘾之间起到链式中介作用(中介效应=0.15,95%CI=0.13~0.16),效应量为30.61%。结论:大一女生压力直接对手机成瘾起消极作用,也通过核心自我评价和自我控制的链式中介作用影响手机成瘾。Objective:To investigate the mediating role of core self-evaluation and self-control in the relationship between stress and mobile phone addiction among female freshmen.Methods:The sample included 3373 female freshmen(Class of 2022)from Wenzhou(Wenzhou Medical University,Wenzhou University,Wenzhou Business College,Wenzhou University of Technology),majoring in medicine,psychology,mathematics,English,etc.They completed the stress scale,the core self-evaluations scale,the self-control scale,and the mobile phone addiction index.Results:Stress,core self-evaluation,self-control and mobile phone addiction were significantly correlated with each other(r=-0.64-0.64,P<0.01).Core self-evaluation and self-control both played the chain mediating role between stress and mobile phone addiction,with the chain mediating effect of 0.15,95%CI=0.13-0.16 and the effect size of 30.61%.Conclusion:The stress has direct negative influences on the mobile phone addiction of female freshman,and it also exerts its influences through the chain mediation of core self-evaluation and self-control.
