摘 要:目的研究基于知识建构(knowledge building,KB)理论的剖宫产麻醉教学在住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2021年3—12月在南京医科大学附属泰州人民医院住院医师规范化培训模拟教学基地的42名学员为研究对象,并根据随机分配原则将其划分为对照组和研究组,各21名。对照组采用传统教学法,而研究组采用基于KB理论的剖宫产麻醉教学法,对比两组培训前后的考核成绩、教学反馈结果、教学满意度。结果培训后,研究组的剖宫产麻醉理论知识、临床操作、综合病例分析、团队合作、应变能力成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的教学吸引性、学员参与度、印象深刻程度评分均高于对照组,学习负担评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训中开展基于KB理论的剖宫产麻醉教学,能提高学员的考核成绩,且教学反馈结果和教学满意度较好。Objective To study the effect of cesarean section anesthesia teaching based on knowledge building(KB)theory in the standardized training of residents.Methods Forty-two trainees were selected for the study from March 2021 to December 2021 at the standardized residency training simulation teaching base of Taizhou People's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University.And they were divided into control group and study group according to the principle of random assignment,with 21 in each group.The control group used the traditional teaching method,while the study group used the teaching method of cesarean section anesthesia based on KB theory.The assessment scores,teaching feedback results,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups before and after training were compared.Results After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge of cesarean anesthesia,clinical operation,comprehensive case analysis,teamwork,and resilience of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the scores of teaching attractiveness,trainee participation,and impressiveness in the study group werehigher than those in the control group,and learning burden scores was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group also had higher teaching satisfaction than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching of cesarean section anesthesia based on KB theory in the standardized training of residents can improve the assessment scores of trainees,and the teaching feedback results and teaching satisfaction are better.
