临床路径教学在急诊科临床带教中的应用价值分析

摘  要:目的探究临床路径(clinical pathway,CP)教学在急诊科临床带教中的应用价值。方法选取2019年3月—2021年6月南华大学附属长沙中心医院急诊科学习的90名实习医生,依照教学方式的不同分为对照组(45名,传统临床带教)与观察组(45名,临床路径教学),对比两组的考核成绩、综合能力评分、满意度评分。结果观察组理论与操作考核成绩分别为(94.36±3.52)分与(93.58±4.82)分,均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作态度、品德修行等综合能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度评分为(93.25±2.78)分,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科临床带教中,临床路径教学方式便于提高实习生的个人综合能力,规范教学流程,提高教学目标与教学质量,值得采纳。Objective To investigate the application value of clinical pathway(CP)teaching in clinical teaching in the emergency department.Methods 90 interns who studied in the emergency department of Changsha Central Hospital affiliated to South China University from March 2019 to June 2021 were selected,and divided into control group(45 cases,traditional clinical teaching)and observation group(45 cases,clinical pathway teaching)according to different teaching methods.Compare the assessment results,comprehensive ability scores and satisfaction scores of the two groups.Results The assessment scores of theoretical and operational in the observation group were(94.36±3.52)points and(93.58±4.82)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall ability scores such as work attitude and moral cultivation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score in the observation group was(93.25±2.78)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical teaching of emergency department,the clinical pathway teaching method is worth adopting because it is convenient to improve the personal comprehensive ability of interns,standardize the teaching process,and improve the teaching objectives and quality.
