摘  要:目的探讨“朋辈导师制”管理模式在临床护理教育中的应用效果。方法选择2019年6月—2021年2月在中日友好医院实习的162名本科护生分为对照组(83名)和观察组(79名),观察组采取“朋辈导师制”管理模式,设立朋辈导师,对他们的思想、生活、学习、科研、就业等方面给予全程指导。分析其对护生职业自我效能、人文关怀能力等的影响。结果实施“朋辈导师制”后,观察组学生职业自我效能及人文关怀能力得分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组学生对“朋辈导师制”管理模式认可度较高。结论“朋辈导师制”管理模式可提高本科实习护生的职业自我效能及人文关怀能力,是医院落实三全育人理念的模式创新和有效途径。Objective To explore the application effect of"peer tutor system"management mode in clinical nursing education.Methods 162 undergraduate nursing students who conveniently chose to intern at China-Japan Friendship Hospital from June 2019 to February 2021 were divided into a control group(83)and an experimental group(79).The experimental group adopted a"peer mentor system"management model,established peer mentors,and provided them with full guidance in their thoughts,life,learning,scientific research,employment,and other aspects.Analyze its impact on professional self-efficacy and humanistic care ability of nursing students.Results After the intervention,the scores of professional self-efficacy and humanistic care ability in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group have high recognition of the"peer tutor system"management model.Conclusion the management mode of"peer tutor system"can improve the professional self-efficacy and humanistic care ability of undergraduate nursing students.It is a model innovation and effective way for hospitals to implement the concept of"three complete education".
