感恩在高职护生的学校关怀氛围与关怀能力间的中介作用

摘  要:目的探讨高职护生的学校关怀氛围、感恩与护理人文关怀能力的现状与关系。方法2020年1—4月,采用《组织关怀氛围量表》《同龄群体关怀互动量表》《单维感恩量表》和《关怀能力量表》对广东省938名高职护生进行调查。结果高职护生的人文关怀能力总均分为(180.07±19.74)分,处于国内常模的中等水平;组织关怀氛围、同龄群体关怀互动、感恩的条目均分均处于中上水平(P<0.001);感恩在高职护生的组织关怀氛围、同龄群体关怀互动与人文关怀能力间存在部分中介效应,分别是0.094和0.131。结论高职护生感知到的学校关怀氛围可以通过感恩间接影响其人文关怀能力,护理院校可以通过营造学校关怀氛围、加强感恩教育等途径来提高护生的人文关怀能力。Objective To explore the current situation and the relationship among school caring atmosphere,gratitude and humanistic caring ability of higher vocational nursing students.Methods From January to April 2020,938 higher vocational nursing students in Guangdong province are selected as the research objects,applying Occupational Caring Climate Questionnaire,Peer Group Caring Interaction Scale,the Gratitude Questionnaire-6 and Caring Ability Inventory.Results The overall average score of humanistic care ability of vocational nursing students is(180.07±19.74)points,which is at the medium level of the domestic norm;The average scores of organizational care atmosphere,peer care interaction,and gratitude items were all above the average level(P<0.001).Gratitude has some mesmeric effect among the organizational care atmosphere,peer group care interaction and humanistic care ability of vocational nursing students,which are 0.094 and 0.131 respectively.Conclusion The school caring atmosphere perceived by higher vocational nursing students can indirectly affect their humanistic caring ability through gratitude.Nursing colleges can improve the humanistic caring ability of nursing students by creating school caring atmosphere and strengthening gratitude education.
