摘  要:目的了解医护人员对新生儿复苏培训的需求和建议,为改进和增强培训效果提供依据。方法2021年10月通过调查问卷的方式,收集了广西医科大学第一附属医院等7所医院的儿科、新生儿科共169名医护人员对新生儿复苏技术的掌握情况、对培训的需要和建议等信息。结果共收回169份电子问卷,显示参加过新生儿复苏培训比例达86.98%,对新生儿复苏技术达到熟练程度的比例仅仅为20.83%,98.81%认为有必要进行新生儿复苏培训,79.88%认为培训应理论和实践并重。受调查者均表示在新生儿复苏培训方面存在各种困难。结论医护人员对新生儿复苏培训有强烈需求,医院应完善相关制度,定期组织培训,培训教师应安排合理培训时间和内容,根据学员需求进行教学。Objective To understand the needs and suggestions of medical staffs for neonatal resuscitation training,so as to provide the basis for improving the training effect.Method In October 2021,a total of 169 medical staff in the pediatrics and neonatology departments of 7 hospitals including the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were collected by means of a questionnaire about their knowledge of neonatal resuscitation techniques,training needs and suggestions.Results A total of 169 electronic questionnaires were collected,which showed that 86.98%had participated in neonatal resuscitation training,and only 20.83%had achieved proficiency in neonatal resuscitation technology.98.81%believed that neonatal resuscitation training was necessary,and 79.88%believed that training should pay equal attention to theory and practice.All respondents reported various difficulties in neonatal resuscitation training.Conclusion Medical staffs have strong demand for neonatal resuscitation training,and hospitals should organize regular training.The training time should be arranged reasonably,and teaching should be conducted according to the needs of students.
