摘  要:2013年习近平主席提出“丝绸之路经济带”和“21世纪海上丝绸之路”倡议,它是新形势下的美好愿景,简称“一带一路”。“一带一路”倡议强调人才是国家发展和建设的关键,它的实施依赖于中国高等专业人才,尤其是国际化专业人才。随着“一带一路”倡议的推进和教育国际化的快速发展,给医学教育国际化带来了新的机遇。这意味着复合型医学人才的培养成为医学教育国际化发展的必然趋势。文章在结合“一带一路”倡议背景下,积极探索我医药高校如何培养高、精、尖复合型医学人才的策略,进而提升我国医学教育质量和国际影响力,推动“一带一路”倡议的实施,实现人类健康命运共同体的愿景。In 2013,President Xi Jinping proposed"the Silk Road Economic Belt"and"the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road"initiative,which is a beautiful vision under the new circumstances,and is referred to as"the Belt and Road".The B&R initiative emphasizes that talent is the key to national development and construction,and its implementation depends on higher Chinese professionals,especially international professionals.With the promotion of B&R initiative and the rapid development of education internationalization,new opportunities to the internationalization of medical education.This means that the cultivation of compound medical talents has become an inevitable trend of the international development of medical education.Under the background of B&R initiative,this article actively explores the strategy of cultivating high,elite and sophisticated compound medical talents,so as to improve the quality and international influence of medical education in China,promote the implementation of"the Belt and Road"initiative,and realize the vision of a community with a shared future for human health.
