摘 要:针对我国联合收获机脱粒系统作业效率和质量不高的问题,从脱粒系统总体结构、关键零部件设计、脱粒系统功耗、脱粒过程理论分析等方面论述谷物联合收获机脱粒系统的研究现状。目前采用轴流式脱粒系统的联合收获机较多,研究主要在提高脱粒系统作业参数可调整性、设计柔性脱粒零部件、脱粒系统工作过程理论分析及智能化脱粒等方面,据此对脱粒系统发展趋势进行分析,未来柔性脱粒系统以及脱粒强度可调的脱粒系统的研究将使脱粒系统作业损失率进一步降低、作业效率进一步提高。对不同作物专用脱粒零部件的研究将进一步深入,脱粒系统对作物的适应性会进一步提高。脱粒系统智能化水平会继续提高,脱粒系统的作业信息感知能力和智能控制水平会进一步提升。In view of the low efficiency and quality of threshing system of combine harvester in China,this paper discussed the research status of grain combine threshing system from the aspects of overall structure of threshing system,design of key parts,power consumption of threshing system and theoretical analysis of threshing process.At present,there are many combine harvesters employing axial-flow threshing system.The research mainly focuses on improving the adjustability of operating parameters of the threshing system,designing flexible threshing parts,theoretical analysis of working process of the threshing system and intelligent threshing,etc.Based on this,the development trend of the threshing system is analyzed.The future research on the flexible threshing system and the threshing system with adjustable threshing intensity will further reduce the loss rate of the threshing system.The operation efficiency will be further improved,the adaptability of the threshing system to crops will be further improved,the research on special threshing parts for different crops will be further deepened,the intelligence level of the threshing system will continue to be improved,and the operation information sensing ability and intelligent control level of the threshing system will be further improved.
