摘 要:针对现阶段医学生基础与临床学科知识脱节,各学科知识与技能综合运用思维及能力匮乏问题,开设创新型《基础医学整合实验》课程,打破传统课程框架、学科边界,以临床案例及科学问题为切入点,围绕科学研究过程这一主线,创新教学理念,开展多视觉混合式实验教学。引导学生构建基础与临床知识相互融通、渗透的系统性知识体系。破课堂边界,突学习范畴,雏形由基础向临床过渡的桥梁课程,有效解决了教学痛点问题,高质量实现了既定的教学目标。Aiming at the disjunction between basic and clinical knowledge of medical students at this stage,and the lack of comprehensive application of knowledge and skills,thinking and ability.The innovative experimental course Integration of Basic Medicine was set up.By breaking the traditional curriculum framework and discipline boundaries,taking clinical cases and scientific problems as the starting point,and centering on the main line of scientific research process,the teaching concept was innovated to carry out multi vision hybrid experimental teaching.Guide students to build a systematic knowledge system that integrates basic and clinical knowledge.An effective bridge course that breaks the boundaries of the classroom,breaks through the scope of learning,and transforms the rudimentary foundation into clinical practice,effectively solves the problem of teaching pain points,and achieves the established teaching goals with high quality.
