人本主义视角下高校行政管理部门知识员工的心理契约管理机制探析

摘  要:心理契约是加强高校行政管理部门知识员工管理的一个重要视角。该文基于人本主义视角,在梳理心理契约内涵的基础上,结合高校行政部门知识员工心理契约的主要特点和影响因素,探析高校行政管理部门知识员工的心理契约管理机制并提出了针对性对策,旨在进一步推进高校行政管理部门知识员工心理契约的系统建设,进而使高校在实现有效管理的过程中促进行政部门知识员工的成长和发展。Psychological contract is an important perspective to strengthen the management of knowledge workers in administrative departments of colleges and universities.Based on the humanistic perspective and psychological contract,this paper combines with the main characteristics and influencing factors of the psychological contract of knowledge workers in the administrative departments of colleges and universities.Analyzing the psychological contract management mechanism of knowledge workers in the administrative departments of universities and put⁃ting forward corresponding countermeasures,this paper aims at further promoting the construction of the psycho⁃logical contract system of knowledge workers in the administrative departments of colleges and universities.In the process of realizing effective management,colleges and universities can promote the growth and development of knowledge workers in administrative departments.
