摘 要:高职院校经管类专业师资培养具有师资培养的经管相关性、师资培养的“双师”趋向性、师资培养的产教融合性等特点,高职院校经管类专业师资培养取得积极成效,但仍然存在能力提升的产教协同不够、双向流动的产教协同不够、体制机制的产教协同不够等不足。高职经管类专业“双育双融、产教协同”师资培养协同机制的实施路径主要包括构建教师能力提升协同机制、构建教师双向流动协同机制、构建教师管理体制机制协同机制。The teacher cultivation of economics and management majors in higher vocational colleges is character⁃ized by the economic relevance of the teacher cultivation,the tendency of“double qualifications”for the teacher cultivation,and the integration of industry and education for the teacher cultivation.The teacher cultivation of eco⁃nomics and management majors in higher vocational colleges has achieved positive results,but there are still some deficiencies,such as insufficiency for the cooperation of industry and education in capacity improvement,in⁃sufficiency for the cooperation of industry and education in two-way flow,insufficiency for the cooperation of in⁃dustry and education in system and mechanism.The implementation path of the cooperation mechanism for the teacher cultivation based on“the double education and integration,the cooperation of industry and education”in economics and management majors in higher vocational colleges mainly includes:constructing the cooperation mechanism for the capacity improvement for teachers;constructing the cooperation mechanism for the two-way flow for teachers;constructing the cooperation mechanism for the system and mechanism for teacher management.
