摘  要:随着我国对羊肉的需求日益增加,传统的放牧饲养方式不足以满足生产需求,而全舍饲饲养方式片面追求羊肉产量,易导致羊肉品质劣化问题。研究表明:肉羊生长性能、瘤胃发育和肉品质等指标受饲养方式的影响较大,因此饲养方式在指导肉羊生产中发挥关键作用。本文综述了舍饲、放牧及其两者结合方式对肉羊生长性能,瘤胃组织发育、发酵参数及微生物区系,背最长肌的食用品质、常规营养物质和脂肪酸的影响,以期为我国肉羊生长性能提高和肉品质改善提供实践技术与理论指导。With the increasing demand for mutton in China,conventional grazing feeding methods are not enough to meet the production demand.The whole house feeding method maximizes mutton output,although it easily deteriorates mutton quality.The results showed that feeding patterns greatly affect growth performance,ruminal development,and meat quality in meat sheep;thus,feeding patterns play a key role in guiding lamb production.This paper summarizes the effects of house feeding,grazing,and their combined feeding systems on growth performance,tissue development,fermentation parameters and microflora of the rumen,edible quality,nutritional routine,and the fatty acid contents of the longissimus dorsi.Finally,the study targeted practical techniques and theoretical guidelines to improve the growth performance and meat quality of mutton sheep in China.
