摘  要:学生教学信息员制度是高职院校依据相关部门规章和高职院校章程,为从学生视角收集教学信息并了解真实课堂教学状态所建立的一项过程性教师评价制度。其运行模式主要有两种:一是依托高职院校学生会的科层制管理模式,二是基于高职院校学生社团的扁平化管理模式。实践发现,在制度运行过程中存在制度的设计理念与运行实际不一致、教学信息反馈难以形成闭环管理、奖惩机制对部分学生缺乏有效激励等问题,针对这些问题提出若干建议。Student teaching messenger system is a process-based teacher evaluation system,in which higher vocational colleges could timely collect teaching information from students’perspective and understand the real state of classroom teaching.Higher vocational colleges establish the student teaching messenger system on the basis of regulations of Ministry Education and college constitution.There are two operational modes.The one is bureaucratic management mode relying on the student union,and the other is flat management mode based on the student association.Practice finds that there are specific problems,including the in-conformity between the design concept of the system and the actual operation,the difficulty in implementing teaching information feedback closed-loop management,and the limited incentive effect of rewards and punishments mechanism for some students.
