摘  要:文章以管理学研究方法课程为例,基于成就目标理论开展教学创新,以学生兴趣为出发点、以实践操作为落脚点、以纵向评价为考核点,重点解决方法类课程学生认知度不高、学习和应用困难、思政元素难以体现等教学难点,寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,在提升学生学习效果的同时实现专业学习与思政教育的有机结合,为方法类课程改进教学质量和提升思政育人成效提供借鉴。Based on the theory of achievement goal,this study takes the course of Method of Management Research&Statistics as an example for teaching innovation by taking students’interest as the starting point,taking practical operation as the foothold and taking longitudinal evaluation as the assessment point.This innovation tries to solve the difficulties such as course value not appropriately realized by students,relevant knowledge difficult to be mastered and applied,and the ideological and political elements not fully reflected.By strengthening the organic combination of professional learning and ideological and political education,this study provides a reference for methodological courses to improve teaching quality and enhance the effect of ideological and political education.
