摘　　要：体育强国发展战略思想的实现,需要有兼具体育专项技能、体育信息素养等综合素质人才的支持。高等院校肩负着培养高素质人才的重要使命,高校体育教学不仅是提升大学生体质健康的重要教学实践形式,也是当今我国大力发展体育强国战略的重要组成部分。该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,对体育强国思想背景下的高校体育教学路径展开了研究,在分析当前高校体育教学发展现状的基础上,提出体育强国思想背景下的高校体育教学具体优化路径,以有效促进高校体育教学的创新与发展,全面提升大学生的健康水平,加快我国建设体育强国的进程。The realization of the strategic thought of the development of a leading sporting nation needs the support of talents with comprehensive qualities who have sports special skills and sports information literacy.Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating high-quality talents,and college PE teaching is not only an important form of teaching practice to improve the physical health of college students,but also an important part of the implementation of vigorously developing a leading sporting nation strategy in China today.This article adopts the literature method and other research methods to study the college PE teaching path under the background of the thought of a leading sporting nation.Based on the analysis of the development status of current college PE teaching,it puts forward the specific optimization path of college PE teaching under the background of thought of a leading sporting nation and studies,so as to effectively promote the innovation and development of college PE teaching,comprehensively improve the health level of college students,and accelerate the development process of building a sporting powerhouse in China.
