摘　　要：本文首先分析了组织KPI、流程绩效和度量之间的关系,明确了讨论问题的边界;然后给出了绩效分析的两种典型方法:GQM(Goal Question Metrics)和QFD(Quality Function Deployment,质量功能展开),并详细分析了IPD集成研发体系下的流程绩效设计、度量字典的设计、示例和度量统计方式,极大方便了对研发流程绩效和度量指标的设计.This article first analyzes the relationship between organizational KPIs,process performance,and measurement,clarifying the boundaries of the discussion problem.Then two typical methods for performance analysis were presented:GQM(Goal Question Metrics)and QFD(Quality Function Deployment),and a detailed analysis was conducted on the process performance design,measurement dictionary design,examples,and measurement statistical methods under the IPD integrated R&D system,greatly facilitating the design of R&D process performance and measurement indicators.
