摘  要:目的:探讨PBL联合Mini⁃CEX在留学生内科临床见习中的应用效果。方法:选取58名内科临床见习留学生作为研究对象,分为试验组(n=29)和对照组(n=29),试验组接受PBL联合Mini⁃CEX教学及评价,对照组接受传统教学模式,比较两组学生的成绩及试验组Mini⁃CEX各项得分差异。结果:试验组总成绩、病历书写得分优于对照组。较早开展PBL联合Mini⁃CEX见习带教的肾内科,病历书写得分显著高于其余内科(P<0.05)。结论:PBL联合Mini⁃CEX应用于留学生内科学临床见习可有效提高学生总成绩,特别体现在病历书写质量上;且随着教学及评价体系的成熟,优势逐渐明显。To investigate the effect of PBL combined with Mini⁃CEX in the clinical internship of internal medicine for international students.METHODS:Fifty⁃eight international students on clinical internship in internal medicine were selected as study subjects and divided into experimental group(n=29)and control group(n=29).Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in overall performance and medical record writing,and scored significantly higher than other items on the Mini⁃CEX scale in“medical interview”and“humanistic care”(P<0.05).In the nephrology department where the PBL combined with Mini⁃CEX training was carried out earlier,the medical record writing scores were significantly higher than those of other departments(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PBL combined with Mini⁃CEX in the clinical internship of internal medicine for international students can effectively improve the overall performance of students,especially in the quality of medical record writing;and the advantages will gradually become obvious as the teaching and evaluation system matures.
