摘　　要：本文以传承国家非遗传统制瓷技艺为主线,进行了“特色班+技能大师工作室”人才培养模式的教学改革,建立起“职业技能+非遗技艺”的专业特色课程体系,打造了传承人,大师引领专兼职结合的教学团队,创新了非遗传承人才培养教育方法,通过项目驱动、基地融合使教学质量显著提高,推动了非遗制瓷技艺活态传承,探索现代陶瓷专业育人模式体系构建与创新实践。This article focuses on the inheritance of traditional Chinese ceramic craftsmanship as the main line.We have reformed the"special class+skill master workshop"talent training model,established a professional curriculum system of"occupational skills+intangible cultural heritage",created a teaching team led by masters combining full-time and part-time teachers,innovated non-heritage talent training methods,significantly improved teaching quality through project-driven a nd base integration,promoted the dynamic inheritance of intang ible cultural heritage ceramic craftsmanship,and explored the construction and innovative practice of the modern ceramic education model.
