摘　　要：目的:研究护士学习风格与批判性思维两者之间的相关性。方法:采用多中心横断面研究,对1456名护理人员进行问卷调查,主体部分选用中文版批判性思维能力测量表,后进行统计学分析。结果:批判性思维均分随着学历的升高而降低,批判性思维中寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度7个维度与独立型、回避型、协作型、依赖型、竞争型学习风格均成正相关,批判性思维均分得分越高的护理人员,独立型学习风格所占比例越大,参与型学习风格所占比例越小。结论:护士的独立性学习风格与批判性思维具有显著联系,培养独立性学习风格可能改进护士的批判性思维。Objective:To investigate the correlation between learning styles and critical thinking among nurses.Methods:A multicenter cross⁃sectional study was conducted with a questionnaire survey of 1456 nursing staff,and the Chinese version of the Critical Thinking Ability Scale was selected for the main part,followed by statistical analysis.Results:The mean score of critical thinking decreased with the increase of education,and the seven dimensions of critical thinking:truth⁃seeking,open⁃mindedness,analytical ability,systematic ability,self⁃confidence,curiosity,and cognitive maturity were positively correlated with independent,avoidant,collaborative,lazy,and competitive learning styles.The higher the mean score of critical thinking,the greater the proportion of independent learning style and the smaller the proportion of participatory learning style.Conclusion:The independent learning style of nurses is significantly associated with critical thinking,and the development of independent learning style may improve the critical thinking of nurses.
