摘 要:目的:探讨在传染病护理课程中实施叙事教学的效果。方法:以2个班99名护理专科生为研究对象,便利抽样分为试验组和对照组,试验组实施叙事教学,对照组采用传统教学。教学实施后,进行效果评价,对两组期末成绩进行比较;试验组护生对叙事教学进行评价并书写学习反思报告。结果:试验组护生课程期末成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);80%的学生认为叙事教学优于传统教学,可以提升各个方面的能力;100%的学生认为叙事教学加深了他们对岗位工作的理解,有助于提升职业素养。结论:叙事教学能提高传染病护理教学的有效性,对学生学习能力和职业素养的培养具有积极意义,值得在护理专业课程中推广。Objective:To explore the effect of narrative teaching in the course of infectious disease nursing.Methods:99 nursing students from two classes took part as subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group by convenient sampling.The experimental group implemented narrative teaching,while the control group adopted traditional teaching.After the implementation of teaching,effect and final results of the two groups were compared.The nursing students in the experimental group evaluated the narrative teaching and wrote a learning reflection report.Results:The final score of nursing students in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);80%of students believe that narrative teaching is better than traditional teaching and can improve their abilities in many aspects;100%of the students believe that narrative teaching deepens their understanding of the job and helps to improve their professional quality.Conclusion:Narrative teaching can improve the effectiveness of infectious disease nursing teaching,and has positive significance for the cultivation of students'learning ability and professional quality.It is worth promoting in nursing professional courses.
