摘 要:自20世纪开始,日本持续推进教育信息化战略并一直走在亚洲国家前列。但当前仍存在学生利用信息通信技术学习的时间较短、线上授课的质量不高、学校技术支持人员不足、教育管理信息化进程缓慢等问题。为实现学校教育的全面信息化,日本文部科学省2022年4月发布《学校教育信息化推进计划》,从培养学生的数字素养、提升教职员工的数字能力、改善学校的数字环境、推进学校管理的数字化四个方面对学校教育信息化进行部署。该计划为我国新时代学校教育的数字化转型提供参考:明确价值导向,更全面和深入地理解信息通信技术素质和能力;提升信息教育地位,更系统地开设信息技术课程;推动数字化校务管理工作,更高效地减轻教师负担。Since the 20th century,Japan has continued to promote the strategy of education informatization and has been at the forefront of Asian countries.However,there are currently problems in Japan such as the short time students spend learning with ICT,the low quality of online classes,the lack of technical support staff in schools,and the slow process of informatization of education management.In order to solve these problems and achieve informatization of school education,the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology(MEXT)of Japan released the School Education Informatization Promotion Plan in April 2022,which strategically planned school education informatization in four aspects:developing students’digital literacy in all aspects,vigorously improving the digital capabilities of teaching staff,adequately improving the digital environment of schools,and continuously promoting the digitization of school management.The plan provides a reference for the digital transformation of school education in China:a clear value orientation,a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of ICT quality and competencies,an enhanced status of information education,a more systematic IT curriculum,the promotion of digital school management,and a more effective reduction of teachers’burden.
