摘 要:领导授权是指领导者向员工赋予一定的自主权和决策权,以便员工可以更加自主地开展工作。领导授权行为可以有效地促进员工、团队和组织绩效的提高。本文探讨了领导授权行为的形成机制,并且系统性地整合了领导授权行为的影响因素,分别从领导者及员工的角度对领导授权行为提出建议,以期更好地了解领导授权行为的形成规律,帮助组织更好地开展相关管理实践。Leadership empowerment means that the leader endows employees with certain autonomy and decision-making power,so that employees can carry out their work more independently.Leader empowering behavior can effectively promote the improvement of employee,team and organizational performance.This paper discusses the formation mechanism of leader empowering behavior,systematically integrates the influencing factors of leader empowering behavior,and puts forward suggestions on leader empowering behavior from the perspectives of leaders and employees,so as to better understand the formation rules of leader empowering behavior and help organizations better carry out relevant management practices.
