摘 要:道德和法治是“思想道德与法治”课的重要内容,道德与法治育人目标的实现,应以专题教学为突破口,充分分析学情和教材,准确定位专题的培养目标,揭示知识内在联系,找准学生的兴趣点、困惑点和触动点,选取时政热点、社会焦点以及人生节点等内容作为教学内容。实施专题教学针对性强,提高了学生崇德尊法必要性的理论认知,激发了学生积极主动学习的兴趣,促进了学生道德情怀和法治思维的培养,强化了学生“知”与“行”的统一。Morality and the rule of law are important contents of the Ideology,Morality,and the Rule of Law course.To achieve the goal of moral and legal education,thematic teaching is a breakthrough.The-learning situation and teaching materials should be fully analyzed,and the training objectives of the topic have to be accurately positioned to reveal the internal connections of knowledge,identify students’interests,confusion,and touching points and select current political hotspots,social focuses,and life junctures as teaching content.Due to the strong pertinence of the implementation of thematic teaching,it has improved the theoretical cognition of the necessity for students to respect morality and law,stimulated students'interest in active learning,promoted the cultivation of students'moral feelings and legal thinking,and strengthened the unity of students'"knowledge"and"action".
