摘  要:学生评教“以评促教”功能发挥对高校教学质量管理具有重要意义。文章以教育测量理论为指导,选取效标关联效度视角,对华中地区A高校评教数据进行计量回归分析,研究评教分数和课程成绩之间的关系,以实现对评教指标有效性的检验,提出完善学生评教指标的建议;并进一步研究教师、课程等因素对评教分数和课程成绩之间关系的影响,总结教学规律,提出提升教学质量并促进学生学习的建议,助力学生评教“以评促教”功能的实现。As an important means of teaching quality management in universities,student's evaluation of teaching has attracted the attention of many scholars because of its function and effectiveness.This study analyzes the evaluation data of A university in central China,takes the theory of educational measurement as the guide,selects the perspective of the criterion-related validity,and establishes regression models on the relationship between the evaluation scores and curriculum results in order to test the effectiveness of the evaluation index,and puts forward the suggestion of perfecting the indicator system;then the further study of teachers,curriculum and other factors on the relationship between assessment scores and curriculum results helps to sum up the teaching law,and put forward suggestions to improve the quality of teaching and promote students'learning,as a result,the function of"promoting education by evaluation"can be achieved.
