摘 要:应用橡胶隔离层可提高大跨度斜拉桥上无砟轨道的适应性,但橡胶隔离层的引入会改变桥上无砟轨道结构的振动特征。文章设计制作了大跨度斜拉桥-无砟轨道节段模型,开展了多个工况的力锤锤击试验,探讨了土工布隔离层或橡胶隔离层无砟轨道的振动特征和振动传递规律,对比分析其减振效果。主要得到以下结论:橡胶隔离层的引入,降低了道床板的振动频率,对其振动模态特性也有一定的影响;在选择无砟轨道隔离层时应充分考虑道床板-橡胶隔离层体系的固有频率。橡胶隔离层使无砟轨道结构的振动激励频段更加集中,振动更加稳定,衰减过程更加平稳。橡胶隔离层对混凝土道床板的振动传递有明显的衰减作用;与土工布隔离层相比,橡胶隔离层具有明显的减振作用,其减振效果高达土工布隔离层的10倍以上,在无砟轨道中合理地引入橡胶隔离层可以有效地降低振动水平,在提高大跨度斜拉桥上无砟轨道服役性能的同时改善其振动特征。The rubber isolation layer can improve the adaptability of ballastless tracks on long-span cable-stayed bridge,but also can change the vibration characteristics of the ballastless tracks.In this work,the segmental model of long-span cable-stayed bridge with ballastless tracks was designed and manufactured,and a series of impact tests were carried out to explore the vibration reduction characteristics of the ballastless tracks with geotextile isolation layers or rubber isolation layers.The main conclusions are as follows:the rubber isolation layer reduces the vibration frequency of the track slab,and it has a certain impact on the vibration modal characteristics of the ballastless tracks;the natural frequency of track slab-rubber isolation layer system should be fully considered.The rubber isolation layer makes the vibration excitation frequency band of ballastless track structure more concentrated,the vibration and the attenuation process more stable.The rubber isolation layer has obvious attenuation effect on the vibration transmission of the track slab.Compared with the geotextile isolation layer,the rubber isolation layer has obvious vibration reduction effect,and its vibration reduction effect is more than 10 times that of the geotextile isolation layer.The reasonable application of rubber isolation layer in ballastless track can effectively reduce its vibration level,and it can improve the vibration characteristics and the service performance of the ballastless track on the long-span cable-stayed bridge.
