家庭资本视角下中学生公正体验的差异研究

摘  要:家庭资本是影响青少年公正体验的重要因素。基于家庭资本、学校公正对待、个人成就和公正体验之间的关系模型对中学生进行研究,发现:家庭资本对中学生公正体验的影响存在一种双通道作用机制,这种影响通过学校公正对待和学生在校公正体验得以发生,并随着学段上升而显著增强。基于此,提出公正观培育建议:消解家庭资本因中介因素而产生的抵制作用,引导青少年对群体身份进行基于差异的发展性认同,让他们在真实的社会情境中丰富和升华公正体验。Family capital is an important factor affecting adolescents' experience of justice. Based on the relationship model between family capital,school justice, personal achievement and justice experience, the study of middle school students found that family capital has a two-channel mechanism of influence on middle school students' justice experience, which occurs through school justice and students' justice experience, and increases significantly with the rise of school level. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of the concept of justice: dispelling the resistance effect of family capital caused by intermediary factors, guiding teenagers to develop their identity based on differences, so as to enrich and sublimate their experience of justice in real social situations.
