摘  要:在大数据和人工智能的引领下,全球范围内都出现了跨学科的研究。文中针对“数智引领,融合互联”背景下的跨学科应用型物流人才培养模式展开研究。首先阐述其可行性,并在对社会需求变化进行调查分析的基础上,从课程体系改革出发,到整体教学工作优化改革完成,针对物流工程专业人才在知识、能力、素质等三方面的提升,提出以成果为导向、加强个性化课程体系建设、实施动态化考核等应对措施来培养跨学科应用型人才,这对适应数智化时代带来的人才需求转变具有重要意义。Under the guidance of big data and artificial intelligence,interdisciplinary research has emerged worldwide.This paper focuses on the training mode of interdisciplinary applied logistics talents under the background of“digital intelligence leading,integration and interconnection”.First of all,the feasibility is elaborated,and on the basis of the investigation and analysis of changes in social needs,starting from the reform of the curriculum system to the completion of the optimization and reform of the overall teaching work,aiming at the improvement of the knowledge,ability and quality of the logistics engineering professionals,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of outcomes orientation,strengthening the construction of the personalized curriculum system,and implementing dynamic assessment to cultivate interdisciplinary applied talents,which is of great significance to adapt to the change of talent demand brought about by the age of digital intelligence.
