摘 要:本研究考察了133名中小学心理健康教育教师危机干预胜任力现状及其在学段、地区、工作年限上的差异和发展需求,考察结果显示:中小学心理健康教育教师危机干预胜任力得分处于中等偏上水平,教师危机干预态度积极正向,自我调节能力不足;城区教师危机干预态度显著高于农村教师;经验型教师胜任力较新手型教师更强,研究建议依据地区特点和胜任力发展规律,以实操演练与工作督导,分重点、分层级、分阶段培养教师团队,提升教师危机干预的实践能力和工作效能。questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate the 133 mental health education teachers' competency statuses,differences and developmental needs of psychological crisis intervention in primary and secondary schools,aiming to provide empirical basis for teachers' self-development and team construction,ultimately to promote the development of mental health education in china.The research results demonstrated that the scores of mental health education teachers' psychological crisis intervention competency in primary and secondary schools belonged to superior middling,which signified that teachers had positive attitudes towards the psychological crisis intervention,but their self-regulation capacity were inadequate,and urban teachers' scores of psychological crisis intervention attitudes were significantly higher than rural teachers.Moreover experienced teachers' competency scores were prominently higher than novice teachers',which suggested that hierarchical,emphatic and phased practical exercises and work supervisions according to regional characteristics and the development of competency process for teacher team cultivation were urgently needed to promote teachers' practical ability and efficiency.
